Reservation Policy

Li-An Lodge

Flexible Rate :

1. A deposit which is equivalent to 1 night stay is required to confirm your reservation.

2. If you cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date by 6pm (hotel time), the full amount of your deposit will be returned. If you cancel less than 14 days before your check-in date, there will be no refund of your deposit.

Prepaid Rate:

1. This reservation must be paid in advance.

2. If you cancel this reservation, there will be no refund.

3. Change is possible at hotel’s discretion. Please contact hotel directly.

Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.

Family Plan Policy:

Cribs for babies aged 2 and under are provided free of charge. Children between 3 and 8 can share the bed with parents, but will be charged CNY 100 per person for breakfast only or CNY 170 for full board. Children of 8 years or older are required to have a separate room at regular rate or use an extra rollaway bed. Additional charges apply.

Note 1: Only one room, Four Seasons, in Li-An Lodge can accommodate an extra rollaway bed. Rate for rollaway bed is CNY 280 per person for breakfast only or CNY 350 for full board.

Note 2: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodge. There is a designated smoking area outdoors.

Li River Gallery Lodge & Xingping Li River Lodge
